Leighton Williams is a seasoned entrepreneur, business advisor, and operator with over 30 years of experience founding, scaling, and selling companies across multiple industries in both the UK and the U.S. Now based in Southern California, he brings a unique blend of street-smart business acumen and structured strategic thinking to every client engagement.
Leighton built Ivy Tower Management on a simple but powerful idea: growth shouldn’t come at the cost of freedom, family, or sanity. Having personally navigated the highs and lows of business ownership, he understands what it takes not just to grow—but to grow well.
